A training course built around real workshop conversations.
Havdorent teaches a vendor-neutral sales method for automotive repair tools and workshop equipment, with practical structures for discovery, quoting, and follow-up.

Why Havdorent was started
Havdorent began in 2021 after seeing the same pattern across tool and equipment sales teams: product knowledge was strong, but the deal cycle was inconsistent. One rep would capture bay layout, electrical phase, and duty cycle; another would jump straight to a SKU list. Quotes looked different every time, and follow-up relied on memory rather than a cadence.
The fix was not more brochures. It was a repeatable system that turns workshop reality into a proposal that a service manager and procurement can both defend. The training was designed to be used in weekly coaching: a short module, a drill, and a template that makes the next call easier.
The course stays vendor-neutral on purpose. It focuses on use-cases, constraints, commissioning, calibration, warranty language, and clean handoffs. That makes it usable whether the team sells hand tools, storage, compressors, lifts, diagnostics, or mixed workshop packages.
Mission
Teach a clear, workshop-grounded sales method that improves discovery quality, quote clarity, and follow-up discipline, without relying on brand-specific promises.
What we are not
Havdorent is an educational provider. We do not sell tools or equipment directly, and we do not act as a reseller or representative for any manufacturer.
How the content is built
Modules are written around common situations that occur between first contact and commissioning: specification trade-offs, installation constraints, calibration needs, and procurement questions about warranty and spare parts availability. Each module includes a short checklist or template so participants can produce tangible artifacts: discovery notes that capture constraints, a scope section that prevents rework, and options that keep price discussions grounded in use-case.
Instead of generic “objection scripts,” the course uses factual framing and workshop language. The goal is clarity: a buyer should be able to repeat your rationale internally without distortion.
Team
A small team focused on training design, workshop equipment sales enablement, and practical templates that fit real sales cycles.
Jakub M.
Curriculum Lead (B2B Sales Enablement)
Jakub has spent 9 years building sales training for workshop suppliers and distributor teams. His specialty is turning messy discovery calls into a structured scope that procurement can review without back-and-forth. He is known for granular checklists that actually get used on the road. When he is not writing modules, he pressure-tests templates with field reps to see what breaks in real conversations.
Eva N.
Workshop Systems Editor (Equipment Sales)
Eva has worked 8 years with teams selling service equipment, from compressors to lift packages. She focuses on the “commissioning gap”: what a quote should clarify so delivery and installation do not turn into a blame game. She is the person who insists every proposal includes assumptions, exclusions, and a clear handoff plan. Her favourite work is simplifying warranty and service interval language into plain, accurate statements.
Pavel R.
Practice Designer (Role-Play & Coaching)
Pavel has run role-play and coaching sessions for 7 years across inside sales and field teams. He designs drills for common moments: “send a price,” “we already have a supplier,” and “not in this year’s budget,” without forcing scripted lines. He is known for keeping practice short and methodical so it fits a busy week. His focus is cadence: when to follow up, what to say, and how to keep notes that make the next call efficient.
